SHE OFFICIEL accepts online payments via the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Things to note about our pre-orders

At SHE OFFICIEL, we have a commitment to how we approach our designs and our business. We believe in producing on demand, particularly for our limited design series.

We also want to be transparent with our customers and this means having clarity on our production capacity.  

Our atelier can produce up to 20 pairs per month - once orders reach this maximum capacity, we will have to wait until all 20 pairs are completed before we open our next pre-order window.

We will of course notify any customers wishing to place an order after this capacity has been reached. 

Pre-order Process

1. Select your trainer and place your order.
2. Your order will reach our atelier where they'll begin to craft your trainers.
3. The lead time for your trainers generally takes between one and a half to two months including delivery to our Studio, before they're dispatched to you.
4. Your order will be shipped to the address provided. If you buy other in-stock items or more pre-orders, they will be shipped together once all items are ready. For separate shipments, please consider placing separate orders.
