If for any reason you are unhappy with the item received, we will gladly issue a refund according to the following guidelines:
Unless the items are bespoke, they can be returned within 14 days, as long as they are in their original condition.
Due to the nature of our shoes, please ensure they are packed carefully in order to maintain their condition.
If your item has been damaged during delivery, we will gladly issue a refund upon receiving photographic evidence of the damage. The original shipping fee will not be refunded, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
Our team will assess the item once they've been returned to our studio, before reaching out to you to discuss the next steps. If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 14-21 days for the processing to be completed.
