At SHE OFFICIEL, our goal extends beyond crafting beautiful shoes; we also focus on enhancing your experience with their wearability. To ensure your shoes remain in top condition, we sought out an optimal all-natural cleaning solution for stain removal.

We’re thrilled to partner with Rough Beauty, a local Singaporean brand specialising in all-natural cleaning and beauty products.

They have developed a gentle cleaning solution specifically designed to help remove stains from your shoes (note that this does not guarantee complete stain removal, as effectiveness may vary depending on the type of stain.).

Customers who order our shoes will receive a mini cleaning set in our signature pouch including care guide instructions.

Please find a few guidelines below on how best to protect your trainers:

The trainers are delicate due to the tulle material and the intricate hand-embroidery.  We therefore recommend that you avoid wearing them in places where the shoes will be prone to stains, such as in rainy,  muddy or crowded environments.

As the trainers are composed of tulle fabric, it may snag onto softer fabrics. Therefore, take extra care when wearing longer dresses/skirts.

If your shoes get caught onto your clothing, gently tug without applying too much force.

Store your shoes in a dry, non-humid area. If they are in a humid environment, please make sure to air them out periodically.
